The world has become a global village and Technology has made everything reach our hands…. Education has become conducive with a creative innovation and freedom of learning.Cape Institute of technology was established in 2001 with this thought process as a measuring scale to understand students who they are and what they want to be.If science is invention.Technology is the practical application of the invention.The four years a student spends in this campus would make them industry ready and apply the industrial traits in this society. Nurturing employability skills , highlighting their inborn talents and converting them into practical application. Is the learning process of a student who is educated in this campus.Branding the institution in multi dimensions is the vision of Cape.with all the amenities to proliferate knowledge. The green campus is again a positive atmosphere making learning serene and salubrious.In a Nutshell.CAPE creates a portfolio. That gets anyone noticed.

The mind is not a vessel to be filled but a fire to be kindled. I appreciate the staff and students of all faculties who use various modes of expansion to present their ideas. As long as our ideas are expressed and thoughts kindled, we can be sure of learning as everything begins with an idea. Just as our mother earth gives us more and more, Learning is not a process limited to schools and colleges only, nor does it end with the conclusion of one’s College career. It is indeed a lifelong process.

Mr. I. Krishna Pillai, Founder and Chairman of Cape Group of Institutions is the Promoter and Managing Director of Cape Infrastructure. A civil engineer with over 20 years of rich entrepreneurial experience in the wind energy and Infrastructure sector, Mr. Pillai felt the need to make quality education affordable to the larger masses, which led to him establishing the Sri Vinayaga Educational Trust, which runs both Cape Institute of Technology since 2001 and Cape Polytechnic since 2007
